How much does it cost? expand_more

Every club is different, so we quote per project. Typical builds sit in the low-to-mid four figures, plus an optional monthly retainer if you'd like us to handle hosting and support. We send a fixed quote within 2 working days of our first call — no pressure, no commitment.

Do I own the site? expand_more

Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account, the WordPress installation, the database, and all the content. If you ever leave us, we hand over everything and walk you through the transfer. There are no lock-in clauses in the contract.

What's included in the monthly retainer, and is it required? expand_more

The retainer covers managed hosting, security updates, backups, and ongoing support. It's optional and month-to-month. Plenty of clubs prefer to host the site themselves or with their own provider — that's completely fine, the site is yours either way.

Can our volunteers update it? expand_more

Yes. The CMS is built so a club secretary can update a fixture, post a match report, or add a sponsor in under a minute — no plugins to configure, no shortcodes, no developer involved. We train you on launch.

What's the offboarding process if I leave? expand_more

Quick and clean. We export the WordPress database, hand over all hosting and admin credentials, and walk you through the move to your new host. No exit fees, no last-minute charges, no held-back access.

Can you migrate content from our existing site? expand_more

Usually, yes. We've migrated content from Wix, Squarespace, older WordPress installations, and various template-based football platforms. Tell us what you have and we'll let you know what's possible at the quote stage.
